Who am I?

Just a cheese monger telling my story.

I’ve been working in the cheese and wine industry for nearly two decades. I discovered my love for cheese during a summer studying in Cambridge, England — and when I got back stateside I found my first job in a wine and cheese shop. I worked in cheese shops and wine bars in the DC area for 15 years.

Currently I’m the cheese and specialty foods buyer for a wine shop in Richmond, Virginia.
